TERMS & CONDITIONS
• I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason;• Edits are allowed during the sketch phase. You can also ask for changes at the end, but please be aware that major changes will be charged for.• Any work can not be used for NFT as well as training AIs— PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS —
• All payments have to be made through Paypal ONLY.• Commissions can be paid 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after you approve the sketch or on delivery.• If you cancel the commission and the drawing is already in production, only 50% of the amount will be refunded.• The artist has the right to cancel customer’s commission if the artist does not receive any kind of response from the client within 7 days from last message the artist sent, unless the artist receives a legitimate reason from the client ahead of time. The client will receive a refund based on how much work has been completed• Prices may vary according to complexity and number of characters;• If I'm unable to complete your comission due to personal matters, you'll be fully refunded;• If the commission is complete, a refund will NOT be given.— RIGHTS AND USAGE POLICY —
• The commissions are for personal use only and can be posted anywhere, but you may not claim the image as your own, sell them or make profit out of the art;• Private commissions and commissions for commercial use can be done, however it should be discussed beforehand.
